Themes

Survey themes use the same theme object as classic forms — color, font, density, optional logo, branding toggle. The renderer applies them in full-bleed layouts so the survey reads as a standalone page rather than a widget embedded in your dashboard.

For per-question media (cover images, intercept videos), set the URL on the field itself; the renderer treats it as part of the question composition.
