Welcome

Formspring is a form backend with three jobs:

  1. Catch submissions from any HTML form, fetch call, or webhook.
  2. Sort the noise with a layered spam stack — honeypot, rate limits, captcha, AI moderation, and your own custom rules.
  3. Send everything onward — your inbox, your email, your webhooks, your integrations, and now your AI agents through MCP.

You don't run a server. You don't write a form backend. You point your form's action at a URL and the rest of the platform takes over.

What you get on day one

  • A unique endpoint URL per form
  • An inbox dashboard with full submission history
  • Optional email notifications to one or more recipients
  • A spam folder you can review and recover from
  • Per-form file uploads, retention, and audit metadata
  • A REST API and an MCP server when you're on a paid plan
